helpful staff spacious rooms convenient location torn towels temperature control limited view
the staff offered helpful service during breakfast. the location proved convenient for my plans. rooms were spacious and had an excellent window view.
the towels seemed old and even torn. i found the temperature control difficult to manage.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff perfect cleaning clean pool
i was happy with the helpful staff especially the front office team they really helped me with hotel facilities the room cleaning was perfect and tidy i found the pool so clean and maintained. housekeeping maintained my room on daily basis i really appreciate that. i will definitely come back again.
the ac in my room wasn't working at first they fixed it but it was a bit of an inconvenience. i think that could have been checked before my arrival.

the staff answered requests quickly the front desk provided detailed information about local attractions they were consistently available and eager to assist with any inquiries i really felt valued.

the restaurant had a wide array of breakfast options including both hot and cold items fresh fruit juices were readily available i sampled various dishes and each was flavorful and well-prepared it was great

my room had a king-size bed with quality linens the air conditioning worked efficiently there was a mini-fridge stocked with beverages and snacks i really rested well the space felt fresh.

the hotel is near several restaurants and coffee shops taxis were easy to find outside the hotel i was able to access key areas easily there is a bakery down the street.

Mixed Feelings Regarding This Hotel
dysfunctional safe poor maintenance
My stay experienced a few hiccups that must be addressed. The safe in the initial room did not function. It took two technicians and a room change to resolve. The second room also had a faulty safe. A third room was required before I could properly secure my belongings. The maintenance issues caused unnecessary stress after a long flight. it seems the hotel is not very well maintained.
