the room was clean. i liked the room size. the location was useful because it was relatively close to expo facilities. i found value for money .

the bathroom drainage system was not adequate. water accumulated in the shower area. the air purification in the room and bathroom were subpar. i had to ask for some amenities.

The room was clean and that was acceptable.

I requested a late checkout but they still bothered me. I was granted until 2:00 pm but got a call at 1:51 pm. I was asked to leave immediately. Another call came only four minutes later it was like pressure.

Sheraz provided proactive service. He was SO helpful. He even arranged an Abu Dhabi tour for us. Our room was comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an AMAZING job keeping it clean.

The deposit request upon arrival late at night seemed a little unusual.

I found the check-in process very smooth. the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. maya from housekeeping kept my room super clean. I really appreciated that. the location is great for getting to the airport quickly.

the music from the night club on the second floor was audible in my room at times.

the staff in the reception area were helpful and fast which was acceptable.

the music from the night club on the second floor was super loud inside the room. i could hear it clearly which was definitely a big minus. it disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to relax (i wasn't expecting a nightclub vibe).
