The staff was quite friendly. they assisted with luggage storage and taxi arrangements. the room had a comfortable bed and a good shower. The desk was suitable for my needs. the breakfast buffet included diverse options that i found appealing.

The room was not good. i couldn't sleep. they also tried to add cancellation charges. I found this unacceptable.
