the location was acceptable , with conveniences nearby.

this hotel did not feel like a legitimate five-star hotel. the room temperature control was faulty , it blasted icy cold air continuously. despite calling for assistance , i received no help to regulate the temperature. the breakfast area was excessively crowded.

The breakfast offered a very great variety i found this a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and quite attentive i believe this contributed to a cute atmosphere.

The street in front of the building had business cards of prostitutes i noticed this immediately.

the hotel had a great team starting with racheal at the breakfast reception who always greeted me with a warm smile. the housekeeping crew kept everything super clean and were very efficient i appreciated that greatly.

the room had a slight carpet odor that lingered briefly upon entering.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I really appreciated Laxmi, Girish, Evelyn, and Tatiana's harmonized teamwork and attentive service. The hotel has both kids' and adult pools, which I found super convenient. The lifeguard was very attentive, and I enjoyed the 24-hour wellness area that features a steam room and sauna.

I found that the tap water initially ran a bit dirty for the first few seconds.
