The location is really useful. I was near the Museum of the Future. The staff are amazing. Sarah Loise gave infectious smiles. The room includes a comfortable sofa.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service!

I found the location very convenient, right across from the Museum of the Future. Two metro stations are nearby for easy access to different spots. Various establishments like restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores are also within walking distance. The staff offered late checkout and luggage storage, which I found very helpful.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the room. The laminate flooring had some lifting spots.

The staff was supportive . They were helpful with requests and always available to answer questions-. The concierge provided excellent assistance and quick solutions. I received prompt attention at all times.

amazing dishes efficient staff friendly service
the staff were very friendly. i especially appreciated the food and beverage service. chef nawan prepared amazing dishes. thi thi was very efficient and attentive.
the pool needed a bit more cleaning in the morning.

great location helpful staff wide range
the location is great and directly opposite the museum of the future. the staff were helpful. breakfast offered a huge range to suit all ages, cultures and tastes. the room was clean and spacious.
The room needed some updates. The floor boards were chipped. the view was of a wall. it was next to the lifts so there was a lot of noise.

al dana restaurant offered a dinner buffet. staff members abi, devin, nansu, nay and vatsal were very accommodating. they made sure to take good care of all guests during the meal.
