The free shuttle service was very helpful, taking me to both the beach and major malls. I greatly appreciated the complimentary water and the convenience of the ice machine located on my floor. The room cleaning service was consistent. My room was cleaned daily. I also found the 24/7 shop next to the hotel particularly useful.
The gym was sometimes crowded, I occasionally had to wait for equipment. This was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly impact my stay.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of choices. I liked the availability of customized orders, made for a satisfying start to each day. The restaurant staff was attentive.

The room included soundproofing windows. This ensured a quiet and restful environment. There was also a dedicated workspace, very suitable for handling business tasks. The marina view enhanced my experience.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic area near the marina. Proximity to cafes and restaurants offered plenty of dining options, and the walk to JBR beach took under 30 minutes. The location ensured easy access.

I found the game room offered engaging entertainment with options like ping pong and golf. The pool area also looked appealing. It was well maintained. I valued the availability of PlayStation 5.

Mediocre Stay with Some Issues
rude staffprice increase
The staff werent very attentive, and one was actually quite rude. I booked an extra night hoping it would be the same price as before. I then discovered I had to pay around 20 percent extra. This lack of consideration is why I wont be coming back here.

The hotel location worked well. The breakfast buffet offered a plentiful selection of food options.
I found the noise levels unacceptable (especially since my room was near the highway). The constant sound of traffic made it hard to relax by the pool.

The location near the marina was convenient with a supermarket close by. Staff were friendly and helpful . My room was clean and spacious. Shuttle bus service was available, convenient for transport.
The pool area was next to a highway, so there was traffic noise. This detracted from relaxation at the pool.
