The room was spacious and wonderfully maintained. It gave me a real sense of comfort. The amenities were excellent. The pool, gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were super clean. The staff were very friendly and polite. They were always ready to help us with anything, so wonderful.

the room had few charging options, so I recommend bringing power banks for your devices.

The pool and rooftop terrace were excellent. I noticed that the pool area has about 20 loungers and a shaded area. The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The downstairs restaurant was awesome. The food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed lunch and dinner there. The pub food was actually quite delicious, a lovely surprise.

The location was convenient. i could easily access the metro station and nearby shops. the restaurant downstairs offered delicious meals. I especially enjoyed the lunch i had there. the security team were really nice too help me when my car battery died. i am grateful for their kindness!!!

the refrigerator in my room did not cool properly. front office staff explained its purpose was only for medicines. the television lacked youtube functionality. i expected a bit more from a hotel in this category.

The hotel's proximity to the metro station made getting around so easy! The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options , even fresh fruit and pastries. Taleh kept my room super clean . His service was very much appreciated.
