the room was very clean. the staff was very friendly. the hotel offers a free shuttle to several malls. breakfast had a good variety of options.

the ac was noisy. it was too cold even at 26°c. the bed was not very comfortable. the curtain wasn't good.. i got full light early in the morning.

The staff were cheerful and helpful. I found the free shuttle bus service to multiple locations in the area very convenient (especially the airport drop-off!). The rooms were clean and efficient, and requests for extra items were handled promptly.

The room had fewer amenities than I expected, and there were not many play facilities for small children.

The reception staff were very helpful with check-in and also in handling deliveries. Kumari kept my room super clean and provided fresh towels every day. All staff were friendly and the service was excellent.

The location is close to a metro station, a park, and is on a quiet street (a great combination!). There are good restaurants and shops nearby, and a shopping mall is only five minutes away. Parking is ample for those with cars.
