I stayed in a sky premium room. THE room included many amenities like a large tv and a mini-fridge stocked with beverages. The view from the higher floor was awesome. It offered panoramic sights of the surrounding skyline, so i loved it.

the gym equipment shows some wear but remains functional.

Check-in occurred fast. Concierge staff provided assistance with luggage storage and transport arrangements. The reception team offered prompt assistance in any matter, and I APPRECIATED it so much.

wide selection helpful manager attentive staff quick response

the breakfast was quite good, with a wide selection of items. i enjoyed the view from the room on the 45th floor. the reception manager was helpful. the staff were attentive to my needs and responded quickly to requests.

the elevators sometimes took a while, especially during peak hours.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station. It made getting around easy. The room was very nice and neat (the bed was excellent!). The breakfast had a wide variety of options.

slow housekeeping blocked view

the room was spacious enough, i didnt feel cramped.

Housekeeping seemed really slow. i had to call multiple times for fresh towels. the promised city view i payed for was partly blocked by another building, it was very annoying. the tv remote also didn't work well. I had to get up and manually change channels.

convenient location metro access good breakfast mold bathroom crumbling cushions toilet smell

the hotel location is very convenient. metro station access is really good. plenty of restaurants are next to the hotel. breakfast had a good selection of options.

Cleanliness was an issue . i was initially assigned a room where the bathroom walls had mold. the sofa cushions were also crumbling. the room toilet had a bad smell. It kept coming back even after cleaning.
