the complimentary airport shuttle made arrival seamless. the room had a super large bed. the pool provided a welcome relaxation option after a long journey. i appreciated the variety of restaurants available.
the room decor seemed a bit dated.

the hotel gym featured three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. the pool area offered twenty loungers for relaxation and also included a shaded section for sun protection. the hotel also provided a free shuttle to the airport.

convenient airport proximitymusty smell
The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, a feature that was quite useful for my travels.
My room had an unpleasant musty smell, seemingly from the air conditioning.. It was quite distracting and affected my comfort . I think they should address the air quality issues.

the pool staff were friendly and great with kids. my daughter especially enjoyed the pool area. the team really seemed happy to do their jobs.
i booked an early check-in , but a room was not available. the day after , the booked room was also unavailable , and i got another upgrade with a shower not working properly. this was a bit of a mess.

the staff were kind. one staff member assisted me with a room change and explained how to request a wheelchair. i appreciated the staff's etiquette and support .

the hotel is very close to the metro station. it was easy to buy a day pass to travel around the area. the free airport shuttle was convenient.
