cocktail range lengthy delay
The adult pool lacked a good range of cocktails. A requested cocktail was not tasty. the half board menu at demon duck and alizee excluded many popular items. Drinks from room service took over an hour. THE mini bar had limited options beyond beer and wine.

worn out room dilapidated appearance
I booked a room, and its appearance was disappointing. The room seemed old and somewhat dilapidated. The layout was good, but the overall impression was one of wear and tear. I expected better for the price I paid.

a peaceful escape
peaceful escape excellent service spa services eased worries
This hotel provided such a peaceful escape. the service we received felt consistently excellent and warm. i particularly enjoyed the spa services. They were really good. i look forward to planning another visit soon, the peaceful atmosphere really eased my worries.
the minibar lacked a wider variety of beverage options, it could have been more accommodating.

The hotel offers a limited half-board menu that may become repetitive. The experience felt slightly restrictive. walking just three minutes from the hotel presents a selection of more than forty restaurants and bars. you will find varied cuisines from casual to upscale options available there.

The hotel's location on bluewaters island offers an escape from the city. this area is quite accessible, and traffic is minimal which is nice. you can easily walk around the hotel. This will allow you to reach the marina via a pedestrian bridge.

the staff consistently shows kindness and professionalism, everyone seems attentive to needs. the hostess team gave really good care and warmth daily which was really appreciated. specific staff members, stood out due to their dedication and friendliness.

The hotel sits near jbr, and its location provides access to bluewaters corniche. it is easy to travel to and from the area. the hotel's proximity to the big wheel is another notable landmark. This helped with finding our way around.

rooms had decent balconies for sitting outdoors, i really enjoyed this feature. rooms are good sized which is always a bonus. the room i stayed in felt beautiful and spacious, it had everything i needed.

limited cocktails slow room service
I found the cocktail selection at the adult pool quite limited. They didn't seem to know how to make a decent drink, honestly the room service took ages too, over an hour just for drinks. plus, the minibar was a joke if you wanted anything other than beer or wine. there was fruit juice i guess but not much else if you wanted gin or something. it was a bit of a letdown after paying so much for the stay.

The room boasted modern decor and spacious design with excellent amenities. The service was prompt, and the staff addressed all requests quickly. The beach and pool areas had ample space for relaxation.

really good stay
spacious room excellent bathrooms cute staff
the rooms are generously sized and feature excellent bathrooms. It's really something. the staff were attentive. my check-in was seamless and the personnel consistently ensured my needs were met, especially at the restaurant alizee.
while mostly a positive experience, one minor issue was the limited cocktail options at the adult pool area. i found that the variety didn't quite meet my expectations. when i requested a custom cocktail, the result wasn't entirely satisfactory, a slight disappointment during an otherwise excellent stay.

Alizee restaurant offers excellent dining. It includes great options for half-board guests. breakfast features many choices. the hotel provides a diverse and high-quality culinary experience. breakfast hours are 7 AM to 11 AM daily.
