super stay!
detailed room attendant perfect cleanness daily juice
the room attendant cared so much about details, he provided a mouse pad to make my work easier. cleanness in the room was perfect. don and haseeb were the best! they cleaned the room daily, and my room came with a wonderful view. fresh juice in the lobby for all the guests daily.
the front desk should explain titanium guests will enjoy breakfast at the feast restaurant. i did not know this and ended up confused about the breakfast options.

The staff were always smiling and ready to help, especially those working in the lounge. They remembered my name, which gave a personal touch to my stay.

i enjoyed the variety at the buffet, and the food tasted so good. the breakfast chefs were kind, and this made the mornings so much better, so you would not be dissapointed, believe me.

The pool area got new lighting, with the bar area and new decor looking amazing. I went to the fitness center, and found it had modern equipment and plenty of space, so i always enjoyed my time there.

An Acceptable Hotel Stay
wide selection tasty cuisine cigarette smoke chaotic cleanliness
Breakfast had a wide selection. The gym included many equipments. Staff was helpful, and they responded quickly to requests. The pool on the rooftop also had a bar and restaurant. The cuisine was good.
Rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon arrival. I found the housekeeping was not very attentive to cleanliness. The hotel was busy at the time of my stay. This did impact the cleanliness of the hotel in general.

special service city views attentive staff
The room service provided by vishnu-m was special, he paid close attention to every detail. he did more than i expected for all guests. the rooms were also beautifully kept with city views, a lovely sight. the staff always tried to. They were attentive.
The light switches in the room were annoying. I could not switch on just the bathroom light.

dirty bathroom slow response
the room was acceptable.
The room was not clean upon arrival (i found hairs in the bathroom). the staff's response was slow. I had to call multiple times to get it addressed. this delay affected my schedule and left me frustrated.

poor communication allergy handling
the breakfast was a bit disappointing because of cross contamination i was told that my son should not eat any pastries at all this included chocolate donuts. the pool was said to close at 5pm i arrived at 4:45pm and was told the pool was already closed this was quite upsetting and poorly communicated. overall it seemed like there was repeated misinformation and not enough attention paid to important details.

fantastic stay, attention to detail
clean room excellent service safe stay
i am grateful for the excellent care i received. the housekeeping staff, specifically tamin, vishal, and supervisor monika, ensured my room was super clean each day. aasim at check-in and min at breakfast provided excellent service too! the hotel kept my stay safe and very clean.
Light switches placement was a slight inconvenience as they controlled multiple lights without separate bathroom control. This made nighttime bathroom trips a bit disruptive.

Breakfast includes varied options. Masala chai was available. staff members provide attentive service ensuring needs are met. the feast restaurant offers a broad menu with high-quality food. you can expect excellent service.

the beautiful room i occupied was spacious with quality furniture. the bathroom included a separate shower with an open window to the room. my room was immaculate and kept super clean daily thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff. i was very happy!

the rooftop pool area offers ample space. the spa offers a relaxation area, gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi with separate sections for men and women. the metro is only a short walk away. everything was well designed

the hotel's location on sheikh zayed road offers easy access to key attractions. the world trade centre metro station on the red line is a 10-minute walk. the airport terminal 1 is approximately a 20-minute taxi ride. the location is really convenient!

An acceptable experience
comfortable bed breakfast choice metro station building work
The room offered ample space. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff provided me with extra bottles of water and that was helpful. Breakfast included many choices. The live egg station was a nice addition.
The hotel location is a short walk from a metro station. Street level building work woke me at 2am. The windows did not soundproof the room.
