fantastic hotel experience

full flavor prompt service health sauna steam room

the dining was excellent. every item i tried had full flavor. the service was prompt and professional and i felt welcome. the gym was well-equipped with good hygiene. i especially liked the health sauna and steam.

the check-in was easy, but a bit slow (i'm not in a rush anyway).

front desk kind staff parcel delivery rude manager breakfast buffet

the front desk guy Sofiawe, he is very kind. he helps me delivered the parcel. i am very appreciated him.

the manager sebastian at the breakfast buffet was very rude to my family. i bought entry for two guests for breakfast, in addition to three persons in our room. there are some shortcomings.

nonexistent shuttle obstructed view

the location was acceptable, i suppose (if you like being near the creek).

The beautiful twin room creek view was not quite beautiful. the daily shuttle to dcc mall kite beach was supposedly available, but when i inquired, the staff seemed unaware of any shuttle to kite beach. I mostly saw cranes.
