the room WAS beautiful and included a balcony with A view of the pool and beach. the bed was very comfortable. i found THE quality of the linen to be excellent. food in the restaurant was delicious.

the breakfast options WERE very limited and felt average. housekeeping was inconsistent. i stayed for multiple nights and they did not change the sheets regularly.

I encountered a few frustrating problems. the room service had communication issues, and they made me pay for a misunderstood order. the staff wasn't very attentive around the beach and pool area. I always had to call them for assistance (it was a hassle!). The personnel's lack of attention really detracted from the experience.
