The hotel's proximity to a large shopping center is very convenient! I found the rooms comfortable and well kept. The breakfast and high tea in the club lounge on the 26th floor had a fantastic view. Diani, the mixologist in the clubroom, prepared amazing cocktails. I recommend the Pina Picante.
During check-in, I experienced a considerable delay. I then waited over an hour to access both rooms. When I finally received them, I observed dust on the table. There was also hair in the bathroom. This was a bit disappointing.

The gym featured current equipment and adequate space for workouts. The pool area was clean, spacious, and relaxing with a beautiful view. The hotel offers direct access to the shopping center for additional retail and dining.

Anise restaurant's Nabin made excellent coffee and fun drinks. The breakfast buffet presented an excellent array of high-quality options. The staff at the Pizza area were friendly and cute, offering a great service experience.

i found the service at this location excellent. i was greeted warmly and efficiently at check-in. the staff was always available to assist with any requests. i also appreciated the prompt valet service and the helpfulness of the concierge. i enjoyed the convenience and the warm hospitality shown throughout my stay, that was a pleasant experience.
the elevator wait times were occasionally long, specifically during peak hours. this sometimes added unexpected delays to my schedule. it's not a major issue, but improvements in elevator management would certainly be beneficial.

This visit was wonderful. The hotel linked to the shopping mall, which aided with convenience. Breakfast held a lot of variety. Late check-out at 14:00 was possible, I appreciate this.
