location is ok, but some issues
spotty service poor food
The room service was spotty, to say the least. one day, my room wasn't cleaned at all, which i found rather annoying. also, people seemed to be reserving pool spots with towels, only to disappear for hours. i did not like that executive access, and the food was not up to par. I would not do that again.

Tracy checked me in. She was really helpful. The location is on a private beach and near many restaurants. I enjoyed having large, comfortable towels daily.
The valet service sometimes seemed slow. Other hotels nearby were faster.

limited options arabic dishes
the food selection proved unsatisfactory (i usually appreciate a wider array). i found the indian food options limited during both dinner and breakfast. the absence of certain arabic dishes, such as hummus, also surprised me. i expected more variety for the price.

I found staff helpful, especially at reception. mani, yana, and beauty were very helpful . the location is perfect. I love everything. the room was clean, and the view was lovely.

wide selection really good hotel
I stayed in a beautiful king room. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast was excellent. It had a very wide selection. nothing seemed too much for the staff. the hotel was clean
the room service menu did not have great options.
