The hotel is just minutes from the metro station , SO convenience was a plus. I appreciated that many shops and malls surrounded the hotel. I stayed for six nights and received a spacious room. Linen and towels were changed regularly .

I stayed at the hotel for several nights , AND my room was only cleaned twice. I reminded the team daily about cleaning. Towels and everything else remained untouched in the rooms. The breakfast quality seemed cheap and low for a 5-star hotel.

alisha provided a warm check-in process. she explained the available facilities well. the reception staff were helpful to me. tara baha dur did excellent cleaning of the room.

during my four-night stay, the tv was a basic model. i was surprised to see there were no usb ports for charging my mobile devices. this felt outdated for a hotel of this level.

i stayed for a few nights this year and found it quite convenient. the location is a short drive from the airport. i requested a renovated room and the team accommodated me. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful especially at the front desk.

i found that breakfast can be very busy at times.
