Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
The location was excellent, very convenient for getting around.
I was disappointed that the air conditioning did not work properly . It took two days to get a new room, but the new room was smaller.

convenient location rooftop pool fresh option
This place has a great location near a metro station. I liked the rooftop pool, and the adjacent building includes a gym. I found these amenities very useful. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a wide variety of fresh options. The room was super clean and spacious.
The minibar in the room was not stocked. This detail meant I had to go out for basic necessities. A stocked minibar would be a nice addition.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They are very respectful. The concierge service helped me with directions. The housekeeping was attentive and kept everything tidy .

The location offered easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. It is within walking distance to the Museum of the Future. Several shops and restaurants are also nearby. This aspect made exploring the area convenient.

metro station pool available limited use one drink
the location was near the metro station. several facilities surrounded it as well. i liked that the gym and pool was available.
the buffet had limited use as the other restaurants was always booked. i was also disappointed because i paid all inclusive but only got one drink with my meal.
