crowded pool area long waiting times
I found some aspects of my stay rather frustrating. The pool area was far too crowded. Securing a sunbed reminded me of a competitive sport, a totally unacceptable situation. the elevators operated on a bizarre system (it was hard to understand their logic) that led to long waiting times, an annoyance I could have done without.

mixed feelings about my stay
warm room untrained housekeepers
The location was fine. I could get around easily enough.
The air conditioning was set to auto, a real issue. i could not adjust it. the room was too warm at night. also, i found the housekeepers needed more training. Simple requests seemed impossible to fulfill.

I found the staff helpful throughout the duration of my visit. Raj at the team was always happy to assist, a testament to their commitment. The breakfast was excellent, I appreciated the diverse selection. Valet parking was convenient!
The elevators sometimes took a while, though I grew accustomed to it after some time.

The rooftop pool is an insane feature. I noticed the pool area includes twenty loungers. Valet parking offers convenient vehicle handling. A twenty-four hour shop is located next door.

The Scene Coastal Room has a spacious design with large bathroom. I found the rooms to be very clean. I appreciated the well-kept condition of the room, and a very large comfortable bed.

The hotel is positioned about a fifteen-minute walk from a shopping area! A taxi stand outside the hotel provides easy transportation options. I noticed a minimarket with all necessities in a building nearby.

comfortable room super clean housekeeping delicious variety
I stayed in a family scene room. it was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my needs. housekeeping kept the room super clean. It was appreciated. i found the breakfast to be delicious with great variety.
The elevator situation could be better. Waits were sometimes long, especially during peak hours.

The rooftop pool boasts fine views, and its design is very cool. the gym has modern equipment and offers views of the cityscape. It is epic. i definitely loved those parts of the hotel.

mixed feelings about this stay.
crowded elevators unpleasant experience
the elevators was very crowded because it is linked with the residence building. i had to switch elevators to reach the pool. it reminded me of a train station. the pool area did not feel proper. the mix of people wasnt align with guests expected in a hotel like this.
