Really good Hotel Stay
amazing food excellent staff smooth check-in
I enjoyed the proximity to the Algubaiba bus terminal. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I greatly appreciated the hotel staff. They were always helpful. Ahsan at the reception offered excellent service and ensured my check-in was smooth.
The furniture was a bit outdated.

The reception staff provided an efficient check-in process. Housekeeping services were readily available and prompt, always addressing requests quickly. The staff showed knowledge of the local area and offered useful advice about transportation, i liked this a lot.

The hotel is near the Algubaiba bus terminal and metro station, it is very useful. This location gives easy access to different parts of the city, it is convenient. Multiple shops and restaurants surround the hotel, THAT'S useful for all travelers.

helpful reception smooth check-in relaxing rooftop pool difficult parking dated hallways toiletries request
The reception was very helpful, especially with a smooth check-in. The room was cleaned daily (I really appreciated that). The rooftop pool provided a relaxing escape after a long day.
The parking area was a bit difficult to access (I had to circle the block once). The hallways seemed a little dated and could use some refreshing. I had to request extra toiletries, but they were promptly provided.

mixed feelings about my stay
old equipment limited options
The gym was a joke. I think they just threw some old equipment in a room. there were no towels available. the air conditioning barely worked. also, the breakfast selection was strange (i mean, really, mostly indian food?). i expected more variety (maybe some european options?) (that's just me, though!).

dusty carpets bad service
the gym was a decent size and well-equipped for a basic workout session
the carpets in the room looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. the smell of dust was noticeable as soon as i walked in the service was pretty bad i requested extra towels twice but they never arrived. lafran at the front desk seemed to be the only one trying

surprisingly GOOD STAY
beautiful suite room staff kindness restaurant option
the beautiful suite room was spacious. staff kindness really stood out to ME. i found that the location allowed convenient travel to many places. i also like the various restaurant options nearby were a plus. this is all good information.
the reception service during check-in seemed slow. it took about thirty minutes, kinda LONG.
