The location was acceptable. It was easy enough to get around.
The breakfast was AWFUL and the variety was minimal. The room service was slow. One night, it took over an hour to receive a simple order. It started early in the morning.

the location was pretty good, with easy access to nearby restaurants. basement parking was available too.
The room had a noticeable mildew smell. Staff even mentioned it. the light system was over-engineered, and achieving the desired lighting was tricky. the experience wasn't the best (to say the least).

complicated lightinghidden damage
i found a couple things disappointing the lighting system in the room was difficult to manage it seemed overly complicated to get the right setting also the cleaners broke my glasses they hid the damage instead of reporting it i found them later it was a bit upsetting they didn't handle it more professionally
