Excellent Stay with Great Service

I found the rooms nice and clean , with a comfortable bed. The staff was attentive to all requests. The variety of food was good and the quality was up to standard. Housekeeping did a great job , so the room was always up to date.
I noticed a stain on the couch. there was only one towel hook in the bathroom.

The staff provided amazing service , especially Azalya , Sonu Rajak , Swaroop , Mingmaar and Monalisa , were particularly helpful and friendly. They were quick to attend to all my needs , so my experience was really seamless. This contributed greatly to a relaxing stay.

The room was spacious and modern , and it featured advanced technology managed through a control panel. The bed was particularly comfortable , and i got a good night's sleep. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

Acceptable, but far from really good

bathroom hairdust accumulation
The cleanliness was not great. I noticed dust in corners. There was also some hair in the bathroom, unpleasant. These issues impacted my overall comfort, and I think that more attention to detail is needed for a satisfying stay.

the breakfast variety impressed me. it was amazing! the bed was very comfortable. blackout blinds were installed, so we could sleep well. the wifi was strong and reliable.
the shower gel was empty, i found. shampoo and conditioner were also empty. i informed the staff, but they remained empty. this made it impossible to use the bathtub.
