The concierge, Renato, was quite helpful arranging taxis. He assisted in organizing our day trips.

I was quite disappointed. The front desk staff did not greet me warmly upon my early arrival. I was not offered water after a long trip. I was told to pay in foreign currency at a bad rate. The air conditioning in the room leaked. fresh paint looked sloppy.
