the room had a good size. there was also a seating area with a table in it. the bed was very comfortable (i slept very well).

the lights needed repair in the room i stayed in. there was no hairdryer available. i found there was no landline to call the reception.

The location was acceptable. It was a short walk to masjid nabawi.

the room had a slightly disturbing smell! the beds were not comfortable either. the parking was described as free, though i was charged 50 riyal upon arrival

My room had a view of the prophet's mosque. When I reported that my AC wasn't working , someone came immediately to fix it. The reception staff were professional and responsive , both the men and women.

Housekeeping did not visit my room .

the hotel is a short walk from masjid nabawi. i found many affordable places to eat along the way. the room itself was large and well-equipped, a welcome sight after my travels.

the air conditioning was too cold and difficult to adjust, requiring me to turn it off at times.

convenient stay near the mosque

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the mosque. It was only a short walk. the room offered a great shower, and the size of the beds suited my needs. however, this did not detract significantly from my stay.

i encountered an issue with the elevators as there were only two for a large hotel. this caused long wait times when trying to go up or down. i often had to wait more than 20 minutes.

the staff was generally friendly and tried to assist guests. the expat staff at reception made an effort to create a cute environment. however, porter service was slow, and i found it difficult to get assistance with room services.

mixed feelings about this hotel

unclean bathroom untrained staff

The staff seemed overwhelmed. I had to ask multiple times for basic amenities. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. It was pretty bad. i think the hotel needs to improve staff training, and cleanliness. it was really annoying
