the staff are very nice and helpful. the location is good with many shops nearby, like the grand bazaar, just a short walk away. a local metro station is near.

the breakfast didn't have enough different options, it was the same choices each day.

The staff at the reception was acceptable.

The room was VERY cold, and the air conditioning did not work. The bedding was dirty, and i had to change it MYSELF. The hotel was also quite NOISY. Every sound from the hallway and other rooms was audible.
