really good receptionist clean hotel fresh food unclear deposit fee breakfast location restaurant absence

I were so happy with everything. The receptionists are like superstars. They know all about the best spots and even booked us some tours. The hotel were sparkling clean. Food were fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were so friendly!

The deposit fee were not clear enough. I saw a small print about it later. Breakfast weren't served in the hotel. I had to walk to another place to get it.

strategic location convenient location excellent service all amenities dirty wall security camera staff room

the location was strategic and very convenient. i walked to aya sofia and sultan ahmet in about five minutes! the staff provided excellent, friendly service. the hotel was very clean, all amenities were available.

The city view i booked was not accurate.

cute staff nice location dirty wall security camera

The staff was very cute. They had kind intentions (I really felt it). The location was also very nice with many tourist spots within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the room was not what I expected. The balcony faced a very close dirty wall with a security camera facing into our room from a different building.
