the room was spacious. the staff was helpful and friendly. the service was fast, and every request was addressed promptly. the environment felt very cute.

the corridors looked worn, and the carpets needed updating. the music from the disco was loud. this noise went on until 4 am every night.

the breakfast had a neat spread. it was available from 6:30 to 10:30 every morning! the location was strategic! lulu was right outside the hotel. i could find lots of restaurants to try some local cuisine.

The staff refused to give me an invoice at first. I had to warn them several times. this was not suitable for business travelers. the staff attitude was unprofessional.

excessive noise inadequate soundproofing

The staff was helpful and provided good service when requested.

The noise from the nightclub was excessive. It continued until 4:00 AM. I was unable to sleep due to the loud music. The soundproofing in the hotel is inadequate.
