the breakfast had a neat spread. it was available from 6:30 to 10:30 every morning! the location was strategic! lulu was right outside the hotel. i could find lots of restaurants to try some local cuisine.

The staff refused to give me an invoice at first. I had to warn them several times. this was not suitable for business travelers. the staff attitude was unprofessional.

the room was spacious enough, acceptable.

The nightclub underneath the hotel created a lot of noise. I went to reception at 1 am to complain. they offered another room, but it was closer to the noise, so i declined. They seemed indifferent. also, getting the room cleaned properly was difficult. I told reception about vacuuming the floors and changing towels, but it didn't happen.

The staff was helpful and provided good service when requested.

The noise from the nightclub was excessive. It continued until 4:00 AM. I was unable to sleep due to the loud music. The soundproofing in the hotel is inadequate.
