The room was not clean. I noticed the bathroom smelled musty and the air conditioning was very loud. The location felt a little awkward, too.

The staffs behavior are good. Front office team. Juvy from the front office was appreciated. Stephen provided clear information when needed. My requests were handled fast, I found that good.

The tv was very old, and the remote hardly worked. There were limited channels available. I could not use netflix or youtube on it. This was a slight inconvenience, really.
