great family vacation
big room breakfast option nice beach area
i liked the room they gave me. the beautiful king room palm sea view and kitchenette was big. breakfast had many options, i ate well. the hotel had a nice beach area, i used it every day.

Inconsistent Service and Room Issues
slow service confusing menu
The service at the restaurant proved quite disappointing. It took an unreasonably long time to get assistance. During breakfast I often received coffee nearly after finishing my meal. I also found the mixed buffet system confusing particularly at dinner. The QR code presented when I inquired about the menu added to my frustration I struggled to understand ordering options.

mixed feelings at this palm hotel
arrogant staff connecting rooms
The front desk staff acted arrogant when i noticed the difference between my bookings (i booked a two-bedroom suite with a sea view). i received a one-bedroom suite plus a king-size beautiful room. It seemed like a connecting room rather than a suite. they insisted this connecting room option was the same (i really didn't like that they tried to portray the connecting rooms as the same as a two-bedroom suite).

long process no assistance
The breakfast service met my requirements. The staff provided fresh cooked items and considered dietary needs.
The check-in process proved long. It took 70 minutes. Upon my departure, they closed the card immediately. The porter arrived but did not assist with my luggage. I carried my bags to the car.

a happy and priceless experience!
warm welcome drink preference fast service friendly manager
i felt so welcome upon arrival. yassine asked me about my drink preference with a happy face. maruf was very fast in serving drinks even when busy. mr boiken approached all guests and smiled at everyone.
the hotel was apparently quite new, but the television did not work well.

the heated pool had three sections. one section was exclusively for adults. another section welcomed both adults and children. a third pool was designated for toddlers, a pleasant configuration. the site offers activities like beach volleyball, basketball, and badminton.

The staff greeted guests at the entrance and helped with luggage, a great start. the reception area offered refreshments and addressed guest needs. pleasant scents filled the reception area and elevator lobby. I felt totally relaxed.

Excellent Stay with Fantastic Amenities

My room was very clean. I appreciated the prompt housekeeping services. The beach access was convenient. The water was unbelievably warm, especially during sunrise walks. Breakfast at Envy was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the great food variety. I found the free shuttle service to key malls useful.
Drinks around the pool were a little expensive. Two waters and a Pepsi cost me £16.65.

The hotel has a convenient free shuttle to Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall. The beach access is a great bonus, nice for easy enjoyment of the warm water and sunrise views. They also have a gym and lively pool area.

many options helpful staff
breakfast had many options. the location suited me well. i was happy with the smooth check in. the staff at reception were helpful with the details.
i waited for half an hour to get the room. there was no one to help or escort us to the room. the tiny room had a garden view. i was upset.

the hotel provides two large pools, they are separated for adults and children. a free shuttle bus goes to the mall of the emirates and the city mall.
