the air conditioning worked well it was a relief from the heat.
the room service was really slow and it was hard to get a hold of someone when i needed something the towels provided were not clean and some even had a strange smell i had to ask multiple times to get fresh towels delivered i was very disappointed with this aspect of the stay.

This hotel gave us a free upgrade to a one bedroom unit. The breakfasts was just excellent, so many choices! Everything was freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly, I liked that.
The walls hold peace, the people hold magic, but the position is a bit far. I could reach Marina and the Palm, but it still took 20 min. Free shuttle is needed.

The pizza i ordered was a joke. it had hardly any toppings. One piece of pepperoni per slice (seriously?). they called it "standard presentation". also, the spa was a letdown. i asked for a massage but got told to come back later. (that's a fine way to treat a guest).

the staff was friendly and professional i was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. the breakfasts were excellent with fresh prepared food. the outdoor pool was clean water temperature was perfect. i stayed on the twentieth floor and it was quiet.

the breakfast service was acceptable.
I was disappointed with the room i booked. It smelled bad and felt damp. there were obvious signs of humidity and the ventilation was poor. the staff seemed cold and unwelcoming, it seemed like they didn't care about us. the hotel doesn't match its description at all.
