the suite featured spacious balconies with views of sh. zayed road and the palm. the in-building parking lot was easily accessible. i found the staff polite and willing to address queries effectively. the food options were diverse and tasted fresh.

the elevators were sometimes slow, requiring patience when traveling between floors.

Excellent Stay , Recommended!

spacious suite metro station clean room

I loved the spacious Grand Suite City View. The location is close to the metro station. I did not need to call taxis. The room was always clean with great housekeeping services. ,Mr. Jolly and Mr Rony were accommodating to all my needs.

The elevators were a little busy , and travel between the lobby and rooms sometimes required going through parking areas.

The staff, including Raidah and Shraddha , were very considerate and helpful. Sohel from Concierge was consistently available and helped with directions. Excellent customer service was provided. A special thanks goes to Abdu Allah at reception.

The hotel includes a pool that my family liked using. The gym has updated weight machines and cardio equipment. A transfer service transports guests to Kite Beach, a beach I find better than Marina Beach.

My room attendant, Raidha, kept my room very clean. Suranga and Mr Salim were also very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, and rooms are very big.

amazing job nice view excellent service

the housekeeping team always did an amazing job. everything was super clean. the view from my hotel room was nice. i especially thank furhad and ibrahim for their service in room 3626.

the elevators did take a bit of time.
