modern equipment fresh fruit breakfast variety

The fitness center has modern equipment. I used three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast included a variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries.

The in-room coffee maker was a bit slow. It took several minutes to brew a single cup.

the breakfast choices was excellent and the food was of a high standard. the pool area on top of the building was clean. i found the sun bathing facilities there very good. the location is okay it is four minutes walk to the metro.

Really good Hospitality and Great Amenities

The omelettes Chef Aung prepared were a highlight of my mornings. He remembered my preferences daily and easily customized my order. Shiristy's greeting was always bright, and Alfred at reception consistently provided steady help. The housekeeping team clearly demonstrated great care and attention to detail.

The street in front of the building was unusually congested, causing slight delays when leaving the hotel.

Mixed feelings about my stay

hot ac dirty bathroom

The staff were generally polite and helpful .

The AC in my room was excessively hot and maintenance only temporarily fixed the filter. The bathroom was left dirty after the maintenance work. They didn't bother to clean the floor or call a cleaner (a real oversight!). I woke up feeling like I was in an oven and the unsanitary conditions were honestly appalling.
