Mixed feelings about my stay

polite staffhot acdirty bathroom

The staff were generally polite and helpful .

The AC in my room was excessively hot and maintenance only temporarily fixed the filter. The bathroom was left dirty after the maintenance work. They didn't bother to clean the floor or call a cleaner (a real oversight!). I woke up feeling like I was in an oven and the unsanitary conditions were honestly appalling.
