clean roombottled waterhelpful staff
the room was clean. i received all the necessary items including complimentary bottled water. bathroom amenities and coffee were there. housekeeping staff are polite and helpful.
the hotel does not have a smart tv.

The location was good and the staff was friendly. the room was super clean and cozy. i especially liked the housekeeping staff. They cleaned my room well and changed the linen every day. i appreciate the work of suman, amir, and ganesh.
Upon entering, i saw a straw wrapper on the toilet floor. there was also a loose screw facing up. the bathroom door did not close properly. I hope these issues are addressed soon.

The hotel staff responds quickly. The reception area offers prompt service when i requested something. The restaurant staff was also attentive and efficient. I appreciate the comfortable atmosphere.

a reasonable experience
modern roomsuper clean roommissing stopperred line
the room was clean and modern. i must thank nagendra from housekeeping. he kept my room super clean (i really appreciated his attention to detail).
the wash basin stopper was missing and i could see dirt in the drain area. the tv had a red line and it would not connect to my mobile phone properly. i requested a 2pm late check out but was given 1pm instead. at 12pm someone called asking if i was checking out (that was a bit early).
