The room featured a spacious layout and a very clean bathroom. The lobby felt grand, also the reception and corridors presented a super clean appearance. The location of the hotel provides easy access to local attractions. The breakfast terrace gave a great view.

The air vents seemed to only supply cooling, so there was no heating option. The system also automatically reset when I exited my room. This made it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the day.

The breakfast included lovely options with attentive service. The staff present ensured guests wellness at the pool. They are appreciated for the high level of maintenance in the pool area.

The staff was helpful, especially Ahmed, when dealing with my requests. Kim provided a very kind welcome when I arrived. The team consistently maintained the room very clean during my entire stay.

The pool area has a nice lounge and a good nighttime atmosphere. The room was cleaned twice each day. The rooms felt classy.

I could hear MUSIC from my room until 4am one night! The slow room service was disappointing. Some staff members did not smile often.

The hotel offers direct access to the shopping center. this was convenient, especially with easy access to various retail options. the lobby features mazen who served us delicious arabic coffee. His warm and family-like treatment made our visits nice. salin also provided excellent support, he assisted with dinner reservations and other needs.

I stayed at the hotel. The service fell short of a true five-star experience. the customer service lacked attention to detail and responsiveness to requests. i found this disappointing when compared to other hotels.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights. My room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. Hannah, a waiter, served me a few times and was professional. I also had a massage at the spa (Naja from Thailand gave me one of the best massages I have ever had).

I found the room somewhat worn. The furniture and accessories showed wear (the soap tray was broken). The night lamp had yellow stains, and the door was patched. I also noticed no invoices were provided upon check-out. I received apologies by email later, yet no resolution was offered.
