Decent location, some issues
small bathroom bad smell
The service in the room was not great. The temperature of the water in the small bathroom was difficult to adjust. A bad smell often came from the toilet, and sometimes I smelled strange perfumes in the hallways (I don't know what was going on).

The location allows easy access to attractions a major benefit . i found the staff consistently helpful. Their service was efficient. the cleanliness stood out particularly the rooms were well maintained. i observed the pool area well equipped for relaxation.
the gym equipment was somewhat dated needing updating to meet modern standards.

breakfast selection amazing staff excellent room service
I enjoyed the amazing breakfast selection. linda recommended healthy detox juices. I found them a rare treat. the food was very tasty, and i noticed amazing staff from the entrance to the seating. the pool area was pleasant and clean. it was very comfortable to stay there with excellent room service, amenities and free wifi.
I stayed for eight nights. i was informed that my points may not be credited. i believe the points for the full eight nights should be credited. i was assured at check-in that the points would be added, but it did not happen. We were disappointed
