I found the staff helpful! Sarika, Glodiya, and Imran assisted with a late checkout, I really appreciated it. The hotel is very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and a metro station, this made exploring easy. The breakfast had lots of variety!
I noticed a very slight cigarette smell in the hallway on one occasion.

The hotel offers a fantastic location with convenient access to various attractions. It is near malls, restaurants, and markets, so finding things to do is very easy. The metro station is nearby offering easy transportation.

The front desk staff are friendly plus they are very helpful. Sarika, Glodiya, Anam, and Abhishek are consistently kind, I could tell. The room cleaner, Tanka, always asked if I needed anything.

Sarika and the receptionists were helpful. Room attendants and the pool attendant were also kind. Sarika checked on my comfort daily. The room attendant accommodated my needs.

Breakfast included warm dishes. There were western options such as melon, cheese, bread, and pancakes. An omelet station was available, so guests could customize their breakfast each morning.

The staff was attentive, performing requests quickly. Sky at the front desk called to the room to ask if everything was satisfactory. A fruit basket was sent to the room when i got a cold.

The hotel is near a metro station, so transport is simple. Malls and restaurants are a short walk. A covered garage is available if one rents a car from the airport.
