the staff were really friendly. i liked that they were ready to help anytime. amir khan stood out for being helpful and professional. he handled formalities quickly, and the welcome drink was a nice touch.
the hotel seems to need some updates! the bathroom had issues after showering. sometimes, housekeeping forgot to leave extra items like bathrobes or spoons.

the location was excellent, very close to the metro. the rooftop pool offered nice views. the staff were very friendly and helpful with luggage. i appreciated their assistance with an earache my daughter experienced at 4am.

The location is amazing! It is directly opposite the Insurance Market metro station. This made travel VERY easy. Aftab provided me with three metro cards for borrowing when I traveled around. Sabbir cleaned my room very well. Staff members were ALWAYS polite and really helpful.
The hotel seems a bit dated. I noticed it especially in the washroom with the tiles and door.

My Beautiful Twin Room had late checkout at 2 pm. The room included comfortable twin beds, and blackout curtains. AMENITIES included a mini fridge, complimentary water bottles, and a safe for valuables. IT was perfect.
