My room was always super clean, a lovely sight to return to. the front desk staff addressed all my needs with efficiency and charm, especially when i needed a taxi

The location was very convenient. It was just a short walk to the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel also arranged an adapter for me. I was allowed a late checkout until 3pm, very helpful.

Some basic amenities are unavailable in the room.

The morning receptionist was cute and tried her best to give me a room at the earliest possible time. The security staff was also very helpful and attentive. This made my arrival very smooth.
