the staff was helpful and friendly, especially neha at reception! she. the location is excellent, and the hotel itself is very comfortable. housekeepimg, including saraswati, provided very good service.
the hallway on floor six had an unpleasant smell, a little off-putting.

the hotel features a solitaire spa on the sixth floor! it also has a gym equipped with multiple machines and a well kept swimming pool. the pool area includes a lifeguard for added safety.

The parking situation was a nightmare. The staff acted like I was bothering them when I asked for directions. Then I discovered they charge ridiculous parking fees. It was more than 20% of the room rate. I found that quite insulting. the blatant disregard for basic customer service leaves much to be desired. Perhaps a training session is in order for the parking attendants?

I found the health club staff to be very helpful, especially Mr ripon kumar. He ensured all guests felt welcome and cared for. the reception staff were also really good. I interacted with all of them and found them very kind. the room had a comfortable chair by the window, a comfortable bed and super fast wifi.
