poor soundproofinglimited flexibility

the room wasn't properly soundproofed , so i could hear noise from other rooms. this was particularly disturbing at night and early morning. also , i requested a late checkout , but the hotel only allowed one extra hour. i was hoping for more flexibility , especially considering the circumstances.

My room was upgraded. I got a one-bedroom with complimentary breakfast. The room design and facilities were perfect with a nice view (i was quite happy). It was a short walk to the city center.

The room was not soundproof. It was not good for families. I waited a while at check in time (that was annoying). I asked for a late check out, even offering to pay extra, but they allowed only one extra hour because of 'hotel policy'.

the breakfast was really nice and it had delicious food. i loved the big bathtub plus the lighting was relaxing. the staff was amazing too.

the room service has an additional charge and that surprised me.
