Really good Stay
lovely view attentive staff world class food quality drinks
my room had a lovely view. the staff was professional and attentive. the food and drinks were world class. I particularly appreciated the quality.
the wi-fi signal was weak in some areas of the room. it was a minor inconvenience.

the gym includes treadmills and elliptical machines, suitable for varied workouts. a yoga class is available at 7 am daily. there is a steam and sauna for relaxation after exercise.

The staff offered a high degree of attentiveness and care. butlers provided support. They addressed needs promptly. housekeeping maintained the room impeccably. They ensured a comfortable stay.

breakfast had many choices and flavors, and live chef stations offered customized dishes. a sambar recipe was shared by chef pitamber and he demonstrated the creation. cocktails at sette mara were expertly crafted by umer.

Acceptable stay, some issues noticed
helpful staff perfect location birthday surprise broken machine broken socket stained bathtub
The staff was very helpful! they went out of their way to please. The location is convenient for shopping, it is even good for exploring around. The staff organized a perfect surprise for my birthday.
The coffee machine did not work properly. Plug sockets in the bathroom were broken, also the vanity mirror was damaged. The bathtub had stains.

shower fittings old cupboards
the staff were helpful and polite, a welcome attribute.
The bathroom cleanliness was not up to par. I saw stains on the shower fittings. the glass and tiles also had visible stains. the cupboards needed some attention, as many were old and not well-kept.

breakfast buffet helpful chauffeur
The breakfast buffet had many choices. All items tasted fresh AND of high quality. The car service, driven by Mr Deepak, was helpful. He showed us several locations around the area.
Some staff on the 9th floor were staring at guests, not a very GOOD experience.

many choices higher floor helpful chauffeur young butlers small rooms slow service
Breakfast had many good choices. The room was also on a higher floor, WOW. I used the car from the hotel to visit Ganpati and Mr Deepak, the chauffeur, was nice and helpful. He drove us around south area and showed us different places.
The butlers are WAY too young. They should be retrained to retain core values. Rooms are too small. Accommodating my family was like moving a mountain. Slow service happened.

wonderful stay
friendly staff flavorful food fruity cocktails
the staff was very warm and friendly, and the food was flavorful. the lovely views of the coastline was the highlight of our meal. we went for a few drinks at asilo (rooftop bar) after our meal and the tapas there was good. the cocktails were fresh and fruity.

the hotel is well connected to the palladium mall. this mall is accessible from within the hotel drop off area. many restaurants are in this mall and around for other food options.

the lobby is on the 9th floor. the pool, spa, and gym are on the 10th floor. the rooftop restaurant is open after 5 pm and is accessible from the 38th floor.

the concierge service was amazing. the staff was friendly. the breakfast spread was also amazing (especially the fresh fruit selection!).

a lavish spread is available for buffet breakfast and lunch. food quality is excellent. by the mekong offers coastline views. the indian restaurant offers top service.

rooms are spacious and offer a great view. you can see the coastal road from the rooms. higher floors are recommended. rooms are from the 11th to 27th floor.
