The check-in process lacked the efficiency one expects. It took an unacceptable amount of time. the staff member i encountered seemed indifferent and impersonal. This impersonal service was a letdown. furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was inadequate, resulting in a stuffy atmosphere. the temperature control was faulty.

My room had reliable air conditioning and blackout curtains. I slept soundly! the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel provided a quiet space in a bustling city.

The breakfast waiting time proved annoying especially on weekends. A better system could improve the experience. longer waits are certainly not ideal!

The staff demonstrated excellent personalization, addressing all our needs promptly. Vaishnavi's efforts deserve special recognition. maneesh and shubham at india jones offered excellent food suggestions alongside great service. i could see the staff's dedication.

the pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. the lobby was vibrant, it also added to the experience. clean rooms were apparent, they featured enough charging points.
