I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. From the front office to the restaurants, they assisted me with my mobility issues. I also want to acknowledge Mihir Javlekar and Ruby for their really good service. It should improve the restaurants.

The club room rates seemed inconsistent, a concern. The website's 'Best Rate Guarantee' required constant monitoring and rebooking for price drops. early check-in involved extra charges! Arriving at 6:30 AM meant I had to pay for a full day. This contrasts with the policies of other airport hotels.

the staff was helpful of three nights.

i was not pleased with the upkeep of my grand executive suite. the patio i had was unusable because of the pest issue. also, rooms nearby where being renovated, so it was hard to relax during the day.

The room service was disappointing. The food had an unpleasant smell. the staff were also not helpful. additionally, the hotel's location is not ideal because there are no services nearby. this made getting around difficult without a car or taxi.
