attentive staff easy check-in super clean room

i found the staff quite attentive from the start. the check-in process was easy, and the front desk staff was ready to help. housekeeping kept the room super clean and well-stocked with toiletries, it felt great!

the elevator wait times could sometimes be a bit long though it wasn't a major issue.

excellent stay!

helpful staff relaxing pool thoughtful butler

I enjoyed the hotel staff. They were very helpful. i loved being able to relax by the fantastic pool in the afternoon. our butler couldn't do enough for us. He was so thoughtful and provided a foot bath with rose petals after dinner.

The room was very clean and spacious with every amenity one could need for a pleasant stay. It. the in-room decor surprise was good. I greatly appreciated housekeeping's efforts to keep our room pristine.

the food and beverage manager paid close attention to our dietary preferences, assuring satisfaction during our meals. the breakfast had a great variety and the food was AMAZING!!! the service during breakfast was heartfelt.

the pool is large and the jacuzzi is a great way to relax. the gym workout facilities were very useful, thanks to the help of staff. the hotel also has a heritage tour that is very informative and inspiring.
