Really good Atrium Hotel Experience

spacious rooms excellent food helpful staff

I found the rooms spacious and well decorated (I especially liked the attention to detail!). The bathrooms were excellent. The staff was eager to help. The food quality was also excellent, and I enjoyed every meal I had at the hotel restaurant.

comfortable bed city view attentive staff uncourteous security guard delayed check-in unclean floor

i stayed in a tower king room it had a city view and access to the club level the bed was really comfortable i slept soundly the bathroom was spacious and included all necessary amenities breakfast offered many choices it was all very delicious the staff were attentive and courteous.

the security guard was not courteous upon arrival the welcome drink was not offered immediately there was a delay at check-in i asked for the welcome drink they gave two glasses when we are four persons and two rooms. the floors in the restaurant was unclean there were crumbs.
