superb HOTEL experience

EVERYTHING at this hotel was perfect. The rooms featured modern decor. Breakfast included ample hot choices. The open pool next to the spa gave a fantastic vibe.
the smell in the corridors STUNK like sewage. Housing keeping fumigated the room after a while. They moved me to another room afterwards.

the hotel is conveniently near the airport and public transport. Ola and uber rides are easily available from this spot. The accessibility to different key points throughout the city is really amazing.

The room was quite spacious, i must say. it had both a bathtub and a separate shower stall, which i found convenient. fresh fruit and some snacks were waiting in the room upon my arrival. I thought that was a nice touch.
The shamima restaurant's food was not up to par! the idli was overcooked throughout my five breakfast visits. the podi idli needs gunpowder, not turmeric. They should hire a south indian chef! the filter coffee tasted bad, too.

the staff was Polite and helpful. Rooms were comfortable here. location is good as it is close to sbr. Breakfast spread was also really good.
during checkin, the gentlemen at the counter was not very pleasing. he had NO good tone of peach. The corridors smelled like sewage. I think this should be addressed as soon as POSSIBLE.

my recent visit left me somewhat disappointed. the pool area was quite unpleasant. it smelled strongly of bird droppings, and it was covered with netting. the water quality seemed poor. also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety, it was very similar each day.
