the breakfast at neel mahal restaurant was quite good. disha and rupesh were kind and helpful . the resort was very clean.

untrained staff switched-off ac
The proximity to Fateh Sagar Lake was acceptable.
The staff seemed untrained. I requested a late checkout, but it was refused, even though I am a premium member! My AC was switched off an hour before the agreed checkout time. This was unexpected and frustrating.

Excellent staff and tasty Laal Maas
clean room tasty food
The room was cleaned very well. Mr Praveen, the duty manager, was very nice. He assisted me a lot. Arawali restaurant's food was tasty, especially their laal mass.
