pleasant stay, great staff

professional behavior great service

my stay went well. neetesh kumar from housekeeping took amazing care of the room. he kept it in the best shape, a gesture i appreciated.

the check-in felt less cute, it seemed like average. the information about my gold marriott status and supposed executive room was misleading. the room interior felt a little dated, not totally matching the brand standard.

the hotel benefits from a convenient location, it is just fifteen minutes from the airport. it makes arrival and departure easy. access to main attractions are also really convenient.

the service shines with prompt attention from the front desk team. the concierge addressed every need with efficiency, it provided assistance with travel plans. the entire staff ensures guests feel well-cared for.

the breakfast buffet offers a lot of diverse selections, i did not feel bored after several days. food and service at the restaurants meets high standards. chefs are personally involved, i liked that.
