I found the staff really good. They were always ready to assist with a smile. my room was very spacious and well kept. I appreciated the daily replenishment of toiletries. breakfast was a real highlight. The variety and quality of the buffet items exceeded my expectations.

smooth arrangementkind touch

The front desk assisted with a smooth airport cab arrangement. The restaurant team prepared the lamb mass, even though it was not on the buffet (a very kind touch!).

The minibar's refrigerator didn't chill drinks as much as i would have liked.

The room cleanliness was not up to standard I arrived to dirty bed sheets and pillow covers with hair on them I also noted dust and hair on the floor The AC was centrally controlled so the room was either too hot or gave me headaches It was frustrating
