awesome stay!

the staff was super friendly! they upgraded my room (what a treat!). the rooftop pool had a great view of the taj mahal in the distance, and i spent quite a bit of time there. it was pretty magical!

the towel rack wasn't really there in the bathroom.

the room had complimentary bottled water and a hot water kettle with tea bags. the beds and pillows felt ultra comfy, ensuring a restful sleep. i also loved that the shower gel had a light fragrance (such a nice touch!).

the check-in staff was efficient and very friendly when i arrived. reception was helpful with suggestions for restaurants, and the housekeeping staff on the seventh floor were fantastic (a big thank you to them!). everyone was so polite!

i found the hotel lobby to be quite nice with various shops selling traditional things. the rooftop had a bar and a great pool area with taj mahal views. massages here are very good, offering a relaxing experience.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

The food quality was not up to par I expected more variety. The housekeeping service was slow I had to call multiple times for a single request. Wet towels were folded instead of being replaced during cleaning a detail that was quite disappointing.

Wonderful Stay with Taj View!

I found the staff well-trained and providing extraordinary service. The modern, clean rooms and wide open lobby were very nice. I especially liked the rooftop bar and pool. The Taj Mahal view was awesome. The hotel arranged for extending my room and took care of my bags after my Taj visit. The breakfast had plenty of Western choices.

i liked the breakfast buffet. it had many vegetarian options.

The hygiene was not good. our superior room taj mahal view had mold in the bathroom. Electrical sockets came out if you unplugged a charger too fast. the view was disappointing. I saw crumbling buildings and garbage fields.

the hotel location allowed easy access to the taj mahal for early morning visits. rooms were clean and well kept by the housekeeping staff.. the rooftop pool with a bar offered relaxation. the poolside seating added to the experience.
